- The difference between class 2 and 2.0 is that 2.0 is more
- standardized than 2. All modems that support 2.0 really ARE 2.0 and
- not some proprietary fax mode that uses the same number like most
- class 2 modem manufacturers.

- No, you need a fax program that supports class 2.0. FaxMail for
- Windows is one such program that works for Windows 3.1x, 95 and NT.
- It is a shareware program and can be downloaded for free from a few
